Terms of Service

1) Service scope

We provide managed Google Play closed-testing support: tester coordination, structured testing feedback, and a launch-readiness summary.

2) No approval guarantee

We do not guarantee approval on Google Play. Final decisions are made by Google and may depend on factors outside our control.

3) Delivery guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the agreed service scope. If we fail to deliver scope, we provide a proportional refund based on undelivered work.

4) Rejection support

If rejection occurs for issues directly related to our testing scope, we provide one additional support cycle at no extra cost.

5) Exclusions from refund

No refund is provided for rejection reasons outside testing scope, including policy/content violations, account enforcement actions, IP/copyright disputes, or undeclared app behavior.

6) Client responsibilities

Client is responsible for legal content ownership, policy compliance, accurate app disclosure, and timely implementation of requested fixes.

7) Timelines and communication

Delivery timelines depend on app complexity and client response speed. Delays in client responses may extend project duration.
